We offer free returns for all of our customers, within the United States and internationally.
All orders are filled by 1-3 business days.
Track and manage your order: we have 2 ways
- On the home page by the track shipping section you will put the order number that you have received on the order confirmation email , and the billing email address that you have used during checkout , and you be able to track your package.
- By simple logging in to your easy strider account, that was automatically created during checkout With your phone number or email that was used by checkout, from the home page dropdown under my account and you will be able to mange your orders and see all the info on your order.
Create and manage your return:
- Every package comes with a pre printed return label in the shoe box.
- Simple log in to your easy strider account under the order section you will see a return icon which you will have 2 options get a full refund or a replacement select what will work best for.
- After you will submit the return please place the pre print label on a shipping bag.
- Once the label is scanned by the shipping carrier your return will be complete and refunded or replace with a different pair.
You can always see and mange and see the progress of your return in your easy strider account under the order section.
